Q: How do I get my artwork to you?
A: Email is the preferred method, but you can fax (b&w), mail or drop it off in person.

Q: How do I pay you for my order?
A: Cash or check. A deposit is required.

Q: What are the clothing brands used?
A: Almost any brand can be used, it is really a matter of your preference.

Q: What does embroidery cost?
A: We charge $1.00 per thousand stitches. Metallic and specialty threads cost more depending on the type. There is a minimum charge of $3.50.

Q: What are the minimum orders?
A: There are no minimum size orders.

Q: What is digitizing?
A:Digitizing is the process where we take your pictures and text and creates a digital design and thread pattern for use in our machine. There is a $50.00 minimum charge for this process.

Q: Can I supply my own garments?
A: Yes.

Q: How soon will my order be ready?
A: It is customary for most projects to have a 10 day turn around.

Q: Do you have stock designs available?
A: Yes, thousands of stock designs available to choose from.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We don't have a catalog specifically for us, but we have many catalogs of designs available to use in our machines.

Q: Can I change colors within stock designs?
A: Yes.

Q: What colors do I have to choose from?
A: We have over 500 colors of thread.

Q: Do you offer product samples?
A: Yes we do, but due to the cost of shipping a small fee will apply to mail it. You can stop by and see many samples of our work.

Q: Will I See a Proof of my design?
A: Yes we will do test runs until the design meets our exacting specifications then show you a sample for your approval.

Q: Are design charges applied to every order?
A: Keyboard lettering and stock designs incur no design/setup fees but custom work has a $10.00 per 1000 stitches design fee.

Q: Can the same embroidery design be used on different garments?
A: Yes, some adjustments may be necessary due to differences in material and product.

Q: Do you supply the items to be embroidered?
A: Yes, we can supply hats, towels, afgans, golf club covers, briefcases, purses, backpacks, shirts or virtually any item from over 200 suppliers

Q: What do I need to supply for Artwork?
A: What the design is to be applied to (hat, shirt, etc) if more than one type of item is to be embroidered, and a good color picture of what you want.

Q: I have a logo. What disk formats can you work with?
A: Our computers can read all major graphic formats, such as .BMP, .TIFF, .EMB, .PCD, .TGA, .PSD, .PS, .CDR, .JPG and .GIF. We can also work with vector formats of .WMF and .EPS.
